We think that it is important to support both up and coming and established riders, so in 2010 we are proud to be sponsoring the following riders: |
The World Number 1! In his first Badminton, Oliver came a creditable 12th and earned himself an individual place at the European Championships at Blenheim in 2005. Oliver’s partnership with Flint Curtis first proved successful in 2006 by coming 3rd at Badminton and gaining him his first British team place – where he won European Championship gold in Pratoni in 2007. The winning continued through to 2009 where Oliver won both Badminton and Burghley, and this double win set him up for the 2009 HSBC Classics title as well as giving him the opportunity to compete for the 2010 Rolex Grand Slam in Kentucky where his hopes for the title were unfortunately dashed by a fall during the Cross Country.
Niall Griffin has been one of Ireland’s leading International riders for the last 6 years, and has represented his country on 5 of the last 6 Championship teams. He opted out of selection in 2007, choosing instead to compete in the CCI 4 star in Pau where he achieved 4th place, thus making him the highest placed Irish rider at a 4 star event in recent times. Niall and Lorgaine have achieved some great results over the past 6 years, including – 3rd at Punchestown CCI-OG***, 5th at Punchestown CCI***, and that 4th at Pau***. They have represented Ireland at 2 European Championships, 1 World Equestrian games and now 2 Olympic games.
TIn 2007, Tina came 7th and 9th at Bramham and went on to win at Brightling Park and Gatcombe. Her success culminated in winning individual and team bronze medals at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, following an outstanding performance on a relatively young horse – Miners Frolic. In 2009 Tina achieved a fantastic double Gold at the European Eventing Championships at Fontainbleau, winning individual as well as team Gold. 2010 is sure to be a very interesting and successful year for her.
