Classic Showjumps are a trade only supplier and do not sell direct.

Having talked to our customers since acquiring the business in February 2010, it became very apparent that people simply do not like suppliers who sell through the trade but are equally happy to sell direct. Even if you are not under-cutting your customers, which Classic have never done, the feeling remains that you are trying to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Whilst we are aware that some suppliers in the industry are happy to adopt this policy, we feel that it is vitally important for us to support the trade only, and in doing so, reap the benefits of increased confidence in Classic Showjumps and ultimately, increased sales for us all. Not only that, our policy can only improve the service levels that we offer because we are only manufacturing for trade and are not despatching single items to end users. For this reason, the general public cannot view any prices on our site, the site is restricted to trade customers only who can login and order what they want when they want to.

Furthermore, we are not one of those companies that does not get out to see our customers, we plan regular visits to all our customers and if you need to see us at any time to discuss anything, we will always be available for a visit.

We greatly look forward to working closely with all our trade customers throughout the 2011 season.
