We take the health and safety of our employees and customers extremely seriously at Classic Showjumps. The current situation with COVID-19 (often known simply as Coronavirus) is unprecedented for everyone, so it goes without saying that our Management team talks daily about the latest updates and advice, and that we ensure that we adhere to all public health guidelines.
We want to reassure you that we’re taking every precaution possible to keep all of our employees and customers safe and healthy, so we can continue business as normal. We’ve cancelled all our meetings for the time being, and giving daily briefings to our employees, all of whom are making frequent use of hand sanitisers throughout the day.
To date we have had no infections on-site, and while we remain vigilant and prepared for such an eventuality, we think that it is equally important and responsible to do our best to carry on manufacturing. The world of business cannot just simply stop, unless of course more drastic measures are enforced upon us by the Government.
We are meeting all customer lead times as usual, we are processing all orders as we usually do and orders are being collected / despatched as they always are, so we would encourage our customers to continue to place orders. Our office is fully staffed and we’ve made preparations that allow us to shift to remote working at short notice, so you’ll always be able to contact us by phone or email to get answers and updates on orders.
These are challenging times and the situation is evolving on a daily basis, but we are determined to carry on as normal. All businesses will be affected to some extent, and for those customers who want to hold additional stock to cover every eventuality, please call us and we’ll be able to help!
